Is there anything more enjoyable than land searching in single digits?! I’ve come to realize there’s a reason most people don’t list their land for sale in the winter!
But let’s be honest trekking across property that could potentially be home one day, has a level of excitement that makes the searching in the single digits worth it. Now ask my friend who went searching with me…she might have a different perspective… 😉. So all that to say when you find a realtor And a friend who treks out with you in the single digits…you keep those people!
So did I find land yet? Maybe! Keep praying that the Lord makes the way clear. Day by day we continue to pray. I know God has the right piece out there.

Excited for you but more concerned about what might be under the snow than the single digit temperatures. Be sure you see it without snow before you commit. Warmer temps next week, so it’s not like waiting until Spring. (my advice comes as the daughter of a realtor)
